Rifle OFF Shoots

These will not be contests, just fun get-togethers. We will have a theme rifle for shooters
to bring and shoot (but bring whatever you have). Shooting will be 20 rounds standing,
continuous fire at 100 yards at torso targets. This is open to all members. Cost will be
the usual $1 for range usage, and $1 for each target you buy from CMP- or bring your
own. We will not close the range for this, except while actually shooting. As long as
shooters show up, we will continue this shoot. We start Friday June 28, 2019.
Schedule: (all Fridays at 2 PM)

Great interest in Intro to Trap
NSSA welcomes and encourages everyone to participate in our sport. It is of particular interest to promote involvement by women and youth. We have recently offered Trap introduction sessions to inspire their participation.
Kevin Bernauer and Butch Novak among others in the Trap committee have done a tremendous job coordinating these events and providing instruction to new recruits. We hope to see them joining us more regularly!
Defense Training International at NSSA
DTI will be offering Defensive Urban Rifle course at NSSA August 3 & 4
Thank you WHHC sponsors and supporters
Today was a great day for Trap. NSSA is proud to support this wonderful cause. We would like to thank all those who participated in today’s charity event!
The Wounded Heroes Hunting Camp is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to helping wounded combat veterans heal. We accomplish our mission by getting our Wounded Heroes outdoors hunting and fishing thereby challenging, empowering, and enabling them to do the things they love to do.
Offering our wounded veterans the opportunity to get outdoors and enjoy a hunting or fishing trip with all expenses paid, our group focuses on uniting fellow Wounded Heroes on our outdoor adventures. On our trips, our Heroes create memories and friendships that will last a lifetime. The Wounded Heroes Hunting Camp is here for our Heroes, and we hope that you share in our passion and commitment to do what we can for the men and women who have sacrificed to protect our freedoms.
We believe that healing begins on the hunt!
