Maryland Wear and Carry training opportunity at NSSA
In response to interest expressed by our members, NSSA is pleased to announce a special arrangement with Mountain Maryland Firearms and Training. Through this arrangement, we are delighted to offer an exclusive Maryland Wear and Carry permit training and application program!

This 2 day course will be offered at NSSA on the following dates:
Pistol Range CLOSED 7/10-11
The Pistol Range will be closed for pavilion renovation beginning Monday 7/10/2023. The range is expected to reopen Wednesday 7/12/2023.
July General Membership Meeting rescheduled
In observance of the July 4th holiday, the July General Membership Meeting has been rescheduled to Tuesday July 11th, 2023.
Skeet, Trap Cancelled June 21-22, 2023
Skeet (Weds 6/21/2023) and Trap (Thurs 6/22/2023) are CANCELED. Maintenance work on the trap field is still in progress.
Both Skeet and Trap will resume normal operation this Sunday .6/25/2023.

Rifle Range open this weekend, CLOSED Monday
The Rifle Range will be open this Weekend June 10, 11 and will close again Monday June 12 to complete the maintenance work.
Rifle Range CLOSED week of June 5
The Rifle range will be CLOSED for maintenance beginning June 5th for the entire week.

NSSA’s Chief RSO Bob Pelles will be providing NRA Range Safety Officer training June 24 2023

Please have your NRA member number handy. Class will start at 8 am. All course materials will be provided. Lunch will be ordered with the cost split among the participants..

West Range Steel Targets
Members: The West Range project to permanently move the steel targets to the left pavilion has been completed!
As a reminder:
Members must sign in with their card by scanning it at the sign in box at the right pavilion.
Guests must sign in on the sign in sheets in the sign in box. Guest fee is $2.00
The West Range is a traditional pistol caliber only range.
Please be courteous and repaint the steel before you leave. Paint is provided at the pavilion.
